Henry Clay Davis III is a Sussex County native.  A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in History, he then went on to serve his country in the United States Army.  Leaving the Army as a Major, he then continued his education at Dickinson Law School where he graduated with a Doctor of Law Degree in 1972. Davis then opened his practice in Georgetown in 1973.

Davis has served as assistant County Solicitor, president of Delaware Trial Lawyers and president of the Sussex County Bar Association.    He handles cases concerning Construction Law, Personal Injury, Insurance Law (Insured’s Only) and Products Liability.
  
William M. Chasanov has practiced law since 1967. He handles personal injury claims, Criminal Law, Family Law including the areas of law listed below. He is in court almost everyday representing his clients. Most of the trials are for criminal defense, family law and civil cases. In addition to the above cases, Bill welcomes claims based on personal injury and real estate, both claimants and defendants in such matters as mechanic’s liens, unpaid wages, overdue draws and contract interpretation. He regularly participates in Arbitration and Mediation as an advocate.
